 e pressing time to consider the future direction of policy on science and 
 technology. An MP for Ellesmere Port and Neston since 1992\, Andrew Miller
  is the Chair of the House of Commons Science and Technology Select Commit
 tee\, which oversees government policy and ensures decision-making is unde
 rpinned by robust scientific evidence. He thus has unrivalled experience a
 nd authority to offer insight into the progress made by the coalition gove
 rnment and remaining challenges in UK science.\n\n\n\nEveryone is welcome.
