  to see the same improvement in your performance before a review panel?\n\
 nCome along to hear how reviews from peers and industrialists have helped 
 Engineering Department academics to win bids.  Hear how these reviews work
  and how advice could improves your performance in a panel session.\n\nRec
 ent successful bids from the Engineering Department have been helped by re
 views from peers and industrialists – Red Team reviews.  You will hear h
 ow these reviews work and what you can gain from them.  Who should you inc
 lude\, how should you brief them\, and what should you do with the advice.

 cribe ways of getting your core proposition more robust.  *Professor Rob M
 iller* and *Dr Tim Minshall* will describe how Red Team reviews improved t
 heir successful bids for (large amounts of) EPSRC funding in the last few 
 years.  The panel will answer questions and compare experiences – so com
