DESCRIPTION:The choice of materials\, but also the manufacturing of those 
 materials for producing nuclear components results in properties that can 
 be catastrophic. It is important for engineer to understand why we choose 
 those materials and what may be the role of manufacturing in connection wi
 th the service conditions. \nWe present a review of some components of the
  primary circuit and the secondary circuit in regard to the influence of m
 aterial and manufacturing technologies on their behaviour in nuclear envir
 onment.\n
