DESCRIPTION:A natural question is whether or not a Kähler manifold admits
a canonical choice of Kaehler metric. Calabi proposed that such metrics s
hould have constant scalar curvature\, however\, unfortunately these metri
cs do not always exist. One way of constructing such metrics in certain ca
ses is by first solving an auxiliary equation\, namely the twisted constan
t scalar curvature equation. We show that the existence of solutions to th
is equation implies a form of algebro-geometric stability.
