DESCRIPTION:Ahmed Paul Keeler began his journey to Islam 40 years ago. He 
 was the principal organizer of the first 'World of Islam' festival in 1976
 \, a seminal event that showcased the brilliant spectrum of Islamic civili
 zation into the Western public imagination.\n\nHe has lectured extensively
  in different parts of the Muslim World on this topic\, recently exploring
  the idea of the balance between the spiritual\, social and material needs
  of humanity required to live in harmony in the present day. Here he tells
  his story and reflects on his experiences of the faith.
