DESCRIPTION:The PdOC Society is pleased to announce the next PdOC Interdis
 ciplinary Lecture and Formal Hall at St. Catharine's College on Monday 23r
 d March. \n\nThe lecture will start at 6pm in the McGrath Lecture theatre\
 , St. Catharine's  College\, followed by a drinks reception. Dinner will b
 e served afterwards in the Hall.\n\nThe Crossing the Barriers lecture seri
 es aims to promote University of Cambridge postdoc research visibility by 
 offering an environment to exchange ideas\, concepts and views across diff
 erent fields of research\, as well as offer postdocs an experience of coll
 ege life and an opportunity to meet and network. Postdocs from all discipl
 ines are invited to come to the lecture and afterwards for dinner. Tickets
  cost £25 for a welcome drinks reception\, three course meal and wine. Re
