 agiellonian University\, Cracow\, Poland\, are our guests at our next LfL 
 seminar. \n\nThe seminar will feature a report on their project: ‘The de
 sign and implementation of a new model of headteacher’s training\, induc
 tion and continual development’ commissioned by the Polish Ministry of E
 ducation. \n\nIt will also include a discussion about leadership for learn
 ing\, development and co-operation. Leadership is characterised as a pract
 ice that enables maximum participation in the decision-making process. \n\
 nThe seminar will be of interest to anyone who studies leadership\, to pra
 ctitioners and to those involved in studying developments in the post-Sovi
 et space and post-socialist Europe.\n\nAll welcome. Free to attend.
