DESCRIPTION:I discuss the possible Dark Matter Interpretation of two recen
 tly claimed excesses in cosmic rays which can be originated by interaction
 s of Dark Matter with SM particles. In the first part of the talk I will d
 iscuss the gamma-ray excess originating from the galactic Center. It can b
 e accounted by an annihilating WIMP. I will Show\, using the complementari
 ty with other DM searches\, which Kind of particle Setups are favored\, an
 d the prospect of discovery of future experiments\, including collider.\nI
 n the second part I will discuss the detection of a 3.55 KeV photon line f
 rom several astrophysical objects and present a simple model of decaying D
 M which can account for it and can be as well tested in collider searches.
