 ed paper from BirdLife International and partners\,  have indicated how mu
 ch it would cost to achieve this goal and save nature from pressing impact
 s. However\, no one wants to ‘pay the bill’. Developed and developing 
 countries now dispute whose responsibility is that!\n\nIf you want to find
