DESCRIPTION:I shall discuss some basic results about the existence and uni
 queness of weak (i.e. distributional) and 'very weak' (i.e. measure-valued
 ) solutions\, for Navier-Stokes and Euler Equations in dimensions 2 and 3.
  In particular\, I may cover the following topics: (1) Local existence the
 orems\; (2) break-down criterion of Beale-Kato-Majda\; (3) some results of
  Onsager Conjecture.
