DESCRIPTION:Elliptic integrable systems arise as low-energy effective supe
rpotentials\nof supersymmetric gauge theories. Their extrema sometimes for
m vector\nvalued modular forms of congruent subgroups of the modular group
. We will\nfind confirmations of this fact\, as well as exceptions. We fin
d for\ninstance a point of monodromy at rational Klein invariant.\nWe cons
truct the duality diagrams of the extrema of low rank integrable\nsystems\
, and\nwill discuss further intriguing number theoretic properties of the\
nextrema. We apply all the\nknowledge we obtain to the physics of N=1* gau
ge theories with B\,C and D\ntype gauge algebra.
