DESCRIPTION:35 students of ISMM Course 49 just finished their two internat
 ional manufacturing study tours.  They would like to share their explorato
 ry experiences and study findings in IfM.\n\nThis year's study tours have 
 been divided into two groups.  One group went to Poland and Estonia\; and 
 the other group went to China.  The research themes are about the manufact
 uring industry transformations in the countries.
