DESCRIPTION:The European Mobile Laboratory has been deployed in West Afric
 a since March 2014 in which time it has performed over 10 000 diagnostic a
 ssays and generated a bio bank of over 2500 positive Ebola virus samples. 
 The team selected 180 positive samples from March 2014 to January 2015 for
  sequencing. Data analysis in relation to molecular epidemiology and adapt
 ation will be discussed. The consortium is also involved in the study of n
 aturally acquired immunity in Ebola convalescents and its comparison to va
 ccine induced immunity. Initial data will be presented.
