DESCRIPTION:Anirban is a Senior Technologist at Xaar Ltd\, Cambridge. His 
 current research interests encompass various aspects of datapath and drive
 rs for industrial inkjet print-heads. These include enhanced image process
 ing algorithms\, high-speed data communication\, ultra-high-performance re
 al-time computation and energy-efficient technologies for driving piezo ac
 tuators. He has previously been with ARM Ltd.\, Cambridge\, where he intro
 duced and led various projects on Multi-core processors especially for mob
 ile devices like smartphone and tablets. His research enabled and promoted
  the Big-Little architectures now commercialized by ARM.\nPrior to this An
 irban has held positions in Philips-NXP Research\, University of Texas\, A
 ustin and Siemens. His inventions there are widely used in modern hybrid a
 nd electric cars.
