DESCRIPTION:We all have heard of the notion ‘Every child has the right t
o education’(UNESCO\, 2010) which became the catalyst driving this proje
ct for inclusion. It starts with the view that students identified with sp
ecial educational needs entering mainstream preschools in Brunei may have
a better outcome in the long-term provided that the teachers are supported
in their teaching and learning approach. Therefore\, this project examine
s the process of teacher change and teachers working collaboratively towar
d the enhancement of their teaching using a drama approach. The goal of us
ing this approach is also to enhance the participation and engagement of a
ll students. Key findings could shed light on the phenomenon that has been
hindering teachers from successfully implementing an innovative approach
 in the Brunei Preschools context.
