DESCRIPTION:The recent Spanish municipal elections is being discussed all 
 around Europe. The rise of 2 new parties and the changes in the democratic
  configurations in a time of crisis might result in a long term restructur
 ing of the Spanish democracy or what is being called 'la segunda Transici
 ón'.\n\nThis roundtable intends to discuss the following:\n\n1) General d
 iscussion of the election results\n2) What does this portend for the upcom
 ing general election?\n3) What are the repercussion for European Instituti
 ons?\n4) How is this lined up with what is happening in Greece?\n\nWe will
