DESCRIPTION:A free two-day professional development course for KS4 mathema
 tics teachers\nDelivered over two linked days: 25 June and 9 July 2015\n\n
 This free CPD training is designed to support teachers in adapting to the 
 challenges of the transition to the new GCSE Mathematics specifications\, 
 for first teaching from 2015.\n\nLed by the NRICH secondary team\, this li
 nked pair of CPD training days will address the content of the new GCSE cu
 rriculum and focus on key areas including problem-solving\, reasoning and 
 fluency. Participants will attend both days.\n\nThe events will share how 
 to embed rich mathematical tasks into everyday classroom practice\, and fo
 cus on supporting teachers to develop and nurture confident\, resourceful
