  new approach for proving localization (pure point spectrum with exponenti
 ally decaying eigenfunctions\, dynamical localization) for the Anderson mo
 del at high disorder. In contrast to the usual strategy\, we do not study 
 finite volume Green's functions. Instead\, we perform a multiscale analysi
 s based on finite volume eigensystems\, establishing localization of finit
 e volume eigenfunctions with high probability. (Joint work with A. Elgart.
