DESCRIPTION:Gravitational microlensing is the only technique allowing for
 detecting\nindividual and non-interacting stellar remnants\, in particular
neutron stars\nand black holes. I will present candidates for stellar rem
nant microlenses\nfound in the decade-long photometric monitoring of hundr
ed million stars\ntowards the Galactic Bulge by the Polish OGLE project. I
will show how\ncombining photometry from OGLE and astrometry from Gaia mi
ssion will\nultimately solve the uncertainties in the mass measurements of
  stellar\nremnants.\n
