DESCRIPTION:Obesity and its related morbidities are widely recognised as s
 ome of the most important problems facing public health today\; research i
 n this field is ever growing. The obesity summit\, which is now in its fou
 rth year\, will be an event spanning three days\, bringing together lead s
 cientists from all over the world to discuss and debate the main factors o
 f obesity\, its treatment and causes.\nIn an informal academic setting thi
 s event promises to offer opportunities to discuss a great variety of fact
 ors involved in obesity\, including prediction\, prevention\, diagnosis an
 d management\, gene-environment interactions\, drug discovery\, fetal repr
 ogramming\, lipidomics and metabolomics.\n\n\nA late registration fee appl
 ies after Feb 20th 2016\nWho Should Attend\nThis event is suited to anyone
  with an academic or professional interest in obesity and its research\; i
 ncluding researchers\, senior scientists\, postgraduate students\, physici
 ans\, pharmacologists\, and those who work in research and development of 
 pharmaceuticals and related technology.\n\nThis event has an open abstract
  session.  \n\nAbstracts can be submitted on any subject related to obesit
 y\nThe Deadline for abstract submissions for oral presentation is January
