 nfeatures prominently in Blake’s work after c. 1800 in both his\npaintin
 g and poetry. I will examine this concept through the\nframes of Enlighten
 ment philosophy\, and recent developments in\ncognitive theory in order to
  bring out what I term 'the concepts\ncognitive incentive'.
