DESCRIPTION:We will discuss the experience of a recent Cambridge graduate 
 who\, upon entering the industry\, was thrown in the deep end of a very bu
 sy production cycle. It will discuss how the industry compared to his expe
 ctations and how he has adapted to meet the challenges.\n\nIt will also di
 scuss how the studio environment and processes foster innovation\, and out
 line some of the examples of world class original research that arose duri
 ng production of our previous projects. In particular the Physically Based
  Animation technology used to power the AT-ATs in Disney Infinity 3.0: Ris
 e Against the Empire will be presented and discussed.\n\nThe Physically Ba
