 rom human remains can be utilised for forensic identification and depictin
 g the faces of people from the past. This presentation will describe the s
 cience behind the prediction of facial features from skeletal assessment a
 nd discuss the application of artistic skills to forensic interpretation. 
 The presentation will be illustrated with examples from historical cases s
 uch as J.S. Bach\, St Nicholas\, Richard III and Rameses II.\n
