DESCRIPTION:The organization of the cell nucleus is still unclear. Stochas
 tic polymer physics has been recently used to predict the local chromatin 
 organisation. The methods are based on asymptotic expansion of\nthe first 
 eigenvalues in high dimensions\, computation of the mean first passage tim
 e for a polymer to loop\, construction of new polymer models with a prescr
 ibed anomalous exponent. Consequences are extraction of new information fr
 om single particle trajectories and reconstruction of local chromatin orga
 nization from high throughput data of matrices of 10^6*10*6 (Chromosomal C
 apture data) for the distances between chromatin sites.
