DESCRIPTION:My ongoing PhD project investigates bei (被) passive construc
 tions in the L2 grammars of adult English learners of Chinese\, which invo
 lves an experiment to test Lardiere's Feature Reassembly Hypothesis. In th
 is seminar\, I will present the experiment design and results of my prelim
 inary test\, conducted among 6 native Chinese speakers.
