DESCRIPTION:In characteristic zero\, Fujita\, Kawamata\, Viehweg\, Fujino 
 and many others\nshowed semi positivity theorems and weak positivity theor
 ems which are important re-\nsults on the positivity of direct images of r
 elative pluricanonical bundles. However\, in\npositive characteristic\, th
 ere are counter-examples to these theorems. In this talk\, we\nshow that a
 n analogue of weak positivity theorems holds in positive characteristic\, 
 when\nthe canonical ring of the geometric generic fiber F is finitely gene
 rated and the Frobenius stable canonical ring of F is large enough.
