DESCRIPTION:Robert  Wade is Professor of Political Economy and Development
  at the London School of Economics. He was acted as a consultant for the I
 nternational Monetary Fund\, the World Bank and the WTO.  His interests in
 clude the developmental prospects of developing countries in the internati
 onal system of rules\, regimes\, and organizations which bear upon their d
 evelopment prospects. His interests include income distribution\, inequali
 ty and poverty. He has written widely on international financial instituti
 ons such as the IMF and the World Bank
