DESCRIPTION:A collaborative event between Lockheed Martin\, Cranfield Univ
 ersity and next generation women in engineering celebrating local grass ro
 ot initiatives that recognise and encourage women in engineering through i
 nspiring students (and teachers) in STEM related subjects.\n\nThe evening 
 will feature presentations from local organisations and educational establ
 ishments to highlight achievements made by women in engineering. The event
  will also feature keynote speaker *Dr Helen Meese* CEng MIMechE\, Head of
  Engineering in Society\, Institution of Mechanical Engineers who will exp
 lore the wider issue of engaging school students in engineering and the ch
 allenges associated with doing so.\n\nDate: Thursday 19th November\n\nTime
 : Refreshments from 6:30pm. Talk starts at 7pm. Concluding by 8.30pm follo
