DESCRIPTION:"Non-self" is one of the most important teachings in Buddhism.
  According to this unique teaching\, the personal "self" is just a false c
 oncept that living being create due to ignorance. It is the attachment to 
 the "self" that leads to suffering. The enlightenment and wisdom in Buddhi
 sm corresponds to the realization of the "non-self" character i.e. the rea
 lization that there is no objective self. \n\nIn this talk\, Ven. Kovido w
 ill describe how the attachment to "self" create suffering and he will als
 o explain how one can use meditation and other Buddhist teachings to gain 
 wisdom and enlightenment by understanding the "non-self" nature of everyth
 ing.\n\nThe talk is part of a special “Meditation Evening” beginning a
 t 17:00. The talk will be followed by a guided meditation session and a di
 scussion. You are welcome to take part in the whole event or just come for
