DESCRIPTION:In the mid 2000s\, the Wildlife Conservation Society started i
 nvesting on a long-term project protecting orang-utans in Sarawak and tige
 rs in Southern Peninsular Malaysia.  The work included anti-poaching patro
 ls\,  field surveys to determine the population of these targeted species 
 as well as soliciting support from the communities via conservation educat
 ion.  Empirical data from the field is shown.\n
