DESCRIPTION:\nSynthetic Biology takes an engineering approach to the desig
n and redesign of biological systems\, forming a nucleus of exciting inter
disciplinary activity that is shaping the future of molecular biology both
in academia and industry.\n\nRecent developments have enabled the applica
tion of synthetic principles at levels of unprecedented complexity\, such
as re-engineering entire genomes and refactoring gene networks to pattern
the fabric of developing organisms. We hear from two speakers at the cutti
ng edge of these advances followed by networking over a buffet and wine re
ception.\n\n"Taking modularity to the genomic level: constructing a synthe
tic yeast genome"\n\nDr Tom Ellis\, Imperial College\n\n“Engineering syn
thetic developmental patterns: how many ways can you make a stripe?”\n\n
 Dr Mark Isalan\, Imperial College\n\n*******Book Tickets "HERE":http://www
