DESCRIPTION:The NA62 experiment at CERN aims to measure the ultra-rare dec
 ay K+ -> pi+ nu nubar\, which\, together with its neutral counterpart\, ca
 n provide stringent limits for physics beyond the Standard Model.\nNA62 co
 llected two months of data during a pilot run in 2014\, that provided the
 first insights in the detector performance. In 2015 the detector was compl
 eted and data collected to assess the sensitivity of the experiment.\nWith
  the full detector installed and a steadily improving understanding of its
  performance\, NA62 physics reach will extend beyond K+ -> pi+ nu nubar\,
 for example in heavy neutrino\, dark photon and axion searches\, profiting
  from a beam line designed to provide a uniquely intense kaon beam.\n
