DESCRIPTION:Monica Grady is Professor of Planetary and Space Sciences at t
 he Open University\, where she studies comets and asteroids\, in order to 
 understand the origin and evolution of the Sun and planets. Monica is also
  a practising Catholic. In her lecture\, she will talk about her work\, an
 d how she balances her beliefs with her research. She will also discuss po
 tential moral and ethical issues that might arise if (when?) we discover l
 ife beyond the Earth.
