DESCRIPTION:"Attachment leads to suffering" is a core Buddhist teaching. A
 ttachment to self is one of the strongest attachments all human beings hav
 e. Ven. Kovido will discuss how this results in both pride and low self es
 teem. He will also introduce Buddhist teachings aimed at gradually elimina
 ting these negative mind states.\n\nThe talk is part of a special “Medit
 ation Evening” beginning at 17:00. The talk will be followed by a guided
  meditation session and a discussion. You are welcome to take part in the
