DESCRIPTION:Integrative structural biology combines data obtained by progr
 essive high-resolution methods such as single-crystal X-ray diffraction\, 
 small angle X-ray scattering\, NMR\, HDX-MS\, and Cryo-Electron microscopy
  to build enriched\, dynamic\, models of macromolecules and the multi-comp
 onent complexes they form.  Three talks are presented which together illus
 trate the use of integrative structural biology techniques to build our un
 derstanding of the mechanistic biology and the mode of action of specific
