DESCRIPTION:Dr Ken Bruce is a World-leader in respiratory microbiome analy
 sis\, and has a particular interest in understanding better the microbial 
 community structures and dynamics in the airways of patients with cystic f
 ibrosis. In this talk\, Ken will show how a better understanding of the mi
 crobial community can potentially lead to improved clinical outcomes for p
 atients with chronic airway infections. The talk should be of interest to 
 anyone interested in microbiology\, evolution\, ecology and respiratory in
 fections.
