DESCRIPTION:We live in a time where what we define as work is on the verge
of radical transformation. Disruptive technologies\, have been promoting
automation in all kinds of industries\, and "work" as we know it\, is dis
appearing. On the other hand novel post capitalist economic models are eme
rging\, such as the sharing economy and/or the collaborative commons. All
around the world\, business\, sharing and social value are coming together
in new and exciting ways.\n\nIt is predicted that in the future social an
d interpersonal skills and creativity will be the crucial set of tools for
the jobs of the future. To be creative though\, requires effort as it imp
lies a radical shift in our mindset. *"Creativity"*\, as Matisse once said
\, *"takes courage". *How can we foster creativity? How to identify our cr
eative dreams that will help us design our future jobs? How to bring crea
tivity to your work environment? And does how gender affect creativity?\n\
nThese are some of the topics that will be discussed in the seminar\, that
aims to be interactive and collaborative. I will present some case studie
s to foster debate and there will be some collaborative activities such as
debating circles and games to embody systems thinking.\n \n*Maria Lusitan
o Santos* is a London based writer\, thought leader\, researcher and filmm
aker. Maria writes about the sharing economy\, post-capitalism\, social in
novation and futuristic ideas. \nMaria is the editor of IntelligentHQ\, wh
ich is a social business network that provides intelligence + education ab
out social business\, cutting edge economical trends and innovation. Mari
a completed her arts based PhD in 2015\, taken at the University of Westmi
nster and is now preparing her arts based Post Doc that will explore the l
inks between creativity and the sharing economy\, through the making of an
  essay film.\n
