DESCRIPTION:Gravitational lensing\, in both its strong and weak forms\, is
waxing as a useful contributor to cosmological studies. Here I will discu
ss recent developments\, including comparing theoretical predictions with
the range of cosmic lensing measurements from the Dark Energy Survey. I wi
ll describe tests of General Relativity afforded by lensing in combination
with other probes\, and will discuss the excellent prospects for cosmolog
ical and gravitational insights with forthcoming massive surveys.
