DESCRIPTION:This February\, we will be organising a series of talks by Mas
 ter Jue Yun from London Fo Guang Shan temple. The talks will be conducted 
 in English and will be about basic Buddhist philosophy.  \n\nThe event is 
 free and open to all. \n\nThis is the first of a series of events happenin
 g on Saturdays\, 3-5 pm. The Four Noble Truths form the basic ideas of Bud
 dhism\, which leads on to the Noble Eightfold Path and the more sophistica
 ted issues in Buddhism. \n\nThe Noble Truths explores the nature of suffer
 ing\, and points a way out of suffering.  As the first of the teachings ex
 pounded by the historical Buddha\, it is ideal for those seeking a basic g
 rounding of Buddhist philosophy. Practicing Buddhists are also welcome to 
 refresh their knowledge of Buddhism and gain new insights.
