DESCRIPTION:All models are wrong\, but some are useful. A model should sta
 rt with a purpose and a scope\, and then you can build it from there. This
  interactive workshop will encourage all participants to arrive with a mod
 el that they have already constructed\, or that they want to construct. If
  you would like to get together in teams beforehand then this would be hel
 pful. We will use flipchart paper and post-it notes to construct paper-bas
 ed system models in the session. I will give a short five-minute introduct
 ion on some different types of system models (stakeholder map\, task analy
 sis\, flowchart\, project plan) and the rest of the session will be about 
 making and discussing paper-based system models.
