DESCRIPTION:Kelly and Lawvere gave characterizations of essential\ninclusi
 ons of Grothendieck toposes in their joint paper of 1989\nentitled 'On the
  Complete Lattice of Essential Localizations'. They\nalso established a du
 ality between essential inclusions of presheaf\ntoposes and idempotent ide
 als on the respective base category.\n\nIn the talk we shall see generalis
 ations of their results. We shall\nanalyse the case when the left adjoint 
 of the inverse image functor is\ncartesian\, and also the duality between 
 cartesian essential inclusions\nof general Grothendieck toposes and specif
 ic idempotent profunctors.
