  *84%* to *£3.2 billion*\, according to a new report published by the *Ca
 mbridge Centre for Alternative Finance* (CCAF). \n\nAlready making headlin
 es this year\, *RateSetter* is the leading peer-to-peer lending platform i
 n the UK and has just surpassed the *£1billion* lending threshold. In thi
 s public lecture\, RateSetter’s CEO Rhydian Lewis will discuss the rise 
 of peer-to-peer lending and how his platform deals with complex issues suc
 h as how the interest rates are set\, borrower origination\, credit risk m
 odelling and how retail and institutions can co-exist. \n\nThe *Cambridge
