DESCRIPTION:We are extending Super-Resolution techniques and their applica
 tions to thick sample imaging. We will be discussing certain aspect of ins
 trument design crucial for thick sample imaging and will show example 1 an
 d 2 color images in a variety of cell (RPE1\, COS7) and tissue samples (Dr
 osophila: egg chamber\, gut\, wing disks\, brain\, Organoids: Pancreas) up
