DESCRIPTION:We are in a golden age of space related activities. Not only d
 o we heavily rely on space borne technologies but we are living in one of 
 the most exciting times for space engineering and exploration. With the Ro
 setta mission and the Curiosity mission deemed a great success\, there is 
 more interest than ever in space engineering and exploration. In this lect
 ure we bring together three experts from different avenues in the space ar
 ena to discuss their views on what policy considerations are needed for th
 e continual advancement of space activity in the next century.\n\nConfirme

 talks from the invited speakers there will be plenty of opportunity to ask
  questions and we invite all attendees to join us for an informal drinks r
 eception after the seminar. \n\nFor those with particular interest in a re
 levant area\, there will an opportunity to attend the post-seminar dinner 
 with the speakers and CUSPE committee members.  If you wish to apply\, you
  will be prompted in the registration form to submit a short paragraph (ma
