DESCRIPTION:The Jucys-Murphy elements are known to generate a maximal comm
 utative\nsubalgebra in the Hecke algebra. They can be categorified to a fa
 mily of\ncommuting complexes of Soergel bimodules. I will describe a relat
 ion between\na category generated by these complexes and the category of s
 heaves on the\nflag Hilbert scheme of points on the plane\, using the rece
 nt work of Elias\nand Hogancamp on categorical diagonalization.
