DESCRIPTION:Josh will describe his recent work to monitor ebola in Guinea 
 using the MinION Nanopore sequencer\, and his experiences in taking the US
 B stick sized sequencer and all other lab equipment into the field in West
  Africa. Josh is a PhD student in Nick Loman's lab at the University of Bi
 rmingham\, and previously worked at Illumina.\n
