DESCRIPTION:With an SM-looking Higgs boson discovered\, and no SUSY scalar
s in sight\, three options face us. The first is that SUSY is just around
the corner\, and the LHC will find it at Run 2 (the optimist). The second
is that SUSY isn't the correct theory of nature (the pessimist). Third\, w
hat if SUSY is out of reach at the LHC\, but exists at slightly higher sca
les? We will address this last possibility\, discussing what direct and in
direct probes could be used to search for slightly heavy SUSY scalars\, ba
sed on various theoretical considerations\, and some insight from an M-the
 ory compactification.
