 Tom Fletcher\, a former British ambassador – and the youngest appointed 
 for 200 years – explores the core principles of a progressive 21st centu

  for representative international systems. Alongside wisdom from history
 ’s most influential global leaders and diplomats – Talleyrand\, Kissin
