 d at Hublot.\n\nJean-Claude Biver has made a significant impact on the lux
 ury Swiss watchmaking industry having influenced and invigorated a number 
 of well-known brands including Omega\, Hublot and Tag Heuer. As a leader\,
  he has improved the fortunes of companies through a combination of busine
 ss and product innovation. For example\, small business Hublot Geneva incr
 eased its turnover from 25 million to more than 200 million Swiss francs o
 ver the four years of Jean-Claude’s leadership prior to being sold to LV
 MH in 2008. Jean-Claude was also responsible for integrating a luxury bran
 d with the world of football when Hublot became the official watch and off
 icial timekeeper for FIFA and the World Cup in 2010.\n\nJean-Claude has an
  entrepreneurial approach to business believing that continual learning\, 
 innovation and evolution are the routes to success. He has passed this on 
 to his employees by encouraging risk-taking behaviour and celebrating fail
