DESCRIPTION:Cambridge Judge Business School’s Entrepreneurship Centre is
  looking for *10-16* ambitious\, talented and committed management teams t
 o take up our *SME Growth Challenge* in September 2016! \n\nIt’s an inno
 vative training programme which aims to enhance the performance and compet
 itiveness of high potential small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the East
  of England. A series of six bi-monthly workshops over 12 months provide a
 ccess to the latest management thinking\, facilitate the sharing of insigh
 ts about commonly experienced challenges and explore a range of possible s
 olutions. These are augmented by regular company visits by a member of our
  faculty. \n\nThe programme is designed to help companies in a range of wa
 ys from developing and implementing a growth plan for their business\; def
 ining and articulating the business value proposition\, to designing a sus
 tainable business model. It is aimed at leaders of SMEs with annual sales 
 of between £1m and £50m and demonstrable track record of high growth and
  sustainable underlying profitability. Companies which have already partic
 ipated include Eagle Genomics Ltd\, Cambscuisine\, Anglia Farmers Ltd and
